Tonight's guest on the show Top Story with Grida Duma is the former director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj.

During the interview on the show Top Story with Grida Duma, former director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, also spoke about her former deputy, Daniel Shima, who was reported missing for several hours by his family, only to later return home and tell the police that he left on his own.

"Daniel Shima was responsible for the entire administrative process of the procurement process. I was focused on completing the technological procedure to make AKSHI what it is today.

I personally have not dealt with this process, but I am committed to carefully following this process so that it is carried out within the rules.

At one point, I delegated contracting authority to Daniel Shima and during this period I had no communication regarding this procedure.

I don't want to prejudge Daniel Shima regarding what is being said in the media, but I must say that the institutions should investigate seriously.

"The history of the AKSHI speaks for itself, while for the bad, we will have to wait for the end of the investigations and the court's decisions," said Karçanaj.
