The appeal of GJKKO has upheld the decision for 6 former officials of the Municipality of Durrës, who abused the 7 million Lek tender, by purchasing a non-functioning fire truck.

Thus, the members of the calculation of the value of the limit fund, Adriatik Velaj, Muhamed Likaxhiu and Artan Taho, are sentenced to 10 months in prison, all three accused of abuse of office.

With a final decision, the GJKKO sentenced Adriatik Velaj to 11 months in prison for "abuse of duty", Muhamed Likaxhiu to 10 months in prison for "abuse of duty", Artan Tahon to 10 months in prison for "abuse of duty", Gjergj Markola to 10 months in prison for "violation of equality in tenders", Indrit Matmuja with 11 months in prison for "violation of equality in tenders", Riza Sulaj with 11 months in prison for "falsification of seals", all officials of the Municipality of Durra.

Patritot Beqiraj Albion Bushi, Lulzime and Riza Sulaj were also sentenced to 11 months.

Lulzime Rami with 8 months Elona Rami 1 year and 4 months, administrators, partners and employees of the companies R&R Group sh.pk and Klosi - R Company sh.pk, who have committed the criminal offense of "Forgery of documents".

Meanwhile, the R&R Group Company has been fined 600,000 Lek and banned from participating in public funds procurement procedures for two years. So does the company. Even other societies with the same punishment.
