The former head of the Navy, Artur Meçollari, who has filed a report with the SPAK against the elected President Bajram Begaj, for the time when he was Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, raises questions regarding the "investigative secret" of the case.

Everything after Meçollari reported Major General Begaj, as responsible for the illegal construction, carried out inside the territory of the Shengjin military base and the request for his status was labeled as an investigative secret by the prosecution.

Meçollari raises questions, whether or not there is an investigative secret, as he states that there are no two ways and for this reason he also issues the documents deposited in SPAK.

" Either there is an investigative secret, or there is not !!! According to SPAK 'The new head of state is not under investigation and there is no investigation against him'. The answer for the complainant: according to SPAK 'is an investigative secret' , writes Meçollari.

We recall that this reaction of Meçollari comes after the SPAK in a response regarding the status of candidate for President before the vote, stated that criminal proceedings for the Shengjin base have been registered, but there are no concrete names. Meçollari accuses new president Bajram Begaj of misappropriating army property.
