Journalist Artan Hoxha has published a video on the show Opinion about how some well-known people filed by the Albanian Police and Prosecutor's Office are negotiating for a fine of 500 thousand Euros.

She has a son and her son was fined 500 thousand euros. He paid 240,000 Euros and could not buy his freedom. The fine was not imposed by these persons.
