42-year-old terrorizes Tirana, shoots doctor with toy pistol, crashes into police cars and injures two officers (Video)

A 42-year-old man terrorized Tirana on Friday.

He endangered the lives of police officers after crashing three of their vehicles, while also leading a high-speed chase in the capital.

The blue uniforms announced that the perpetrator of this event is suspected of having mental health problems.

He initially shot a toy gun with pellets at the lower limbs of a female doctor at the "Mother Teresa" University Hospital Center.

He then attempted to leave the hospital center premises by car.

As soon as they received the notification, the police services began pursuing him. But despite calls to stop, the perpetrator continued to drive at high speed, and even crashed into the officers' cars, seriously endangering their lives.

After several attempts, the police were able to neutralize him, while the damage he caused is clearly visible in the footage.

Two traffic officers were slightly injured in the serious incident.
