A 32-year-old woman has been put under investigation after having committed violence against a 9-year-old minor, a resident of Shkodër.

The moment when the 31-year-old identified with the initials EZ rapes the minor was published through a video on social networks.

"Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes of the Shkodra Police Station referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in a free state for the citizen EZ, 31 years old, resident in the village of Belaj, after she committed violence against a 9-year-old minor, resident in Shkodra.
