The serious scene that took place in Durrës, where the mother rapes the minor child and the video made the rounds on social networks, was accompanied by the initiation of investigations by the prosecution. The young woman was criminally prosecuted in a free state, because of the child of several months that she breastfeeds. 

She was identified by the police as a citizen with the initials KA, 22 years old, living in Peqin, but constantly moving to different cities. At the time of locating and escorting, the KA citizen was with her 6-month-old baby and 3-year-old minor child (who is shown doing violence in the video).


The State Agency for Children's Rights and Protection, as the responsible institution, said that it has started verifications.

"We received the news through the media. The evidence, videos were sent to the police. They are set in motion. It has been 10-12 days of research. She was a nomadic, beggar mother. He was then identified in the municipality of Peqin where he lived with his other family. Second husband, father-in-law and two children. They are fragile cases. The mother was accompanied to the prosecutor's office, the investigations have started," said Alma Tandilli, director of the Child Protection Agency.

The 22-year-old mother has been placed under periodic monitoring, and according to Tandilli, in the event of a recurrence of violence, both children will be taken away, to be transferred to the custody of the state.

“Fëmija ka qenë më ushqyerje në gji dhe është vendosur të monitorohet e lirë. Do mbahet në monitorim dhe nëse evidentojmë dhunë do vendosim ti marrim fëmijët. Nuk merret vetëm fëmija e dhunuar, por dhe fëmija që është në gji”, tha Tandilli.

Një akt i tillë i heqjes së kujdestarisë së fëmijës, parashikohet edhe legjislacionin shqiptar.

“Nëse rezulton se të dy prindërit, si babai dhe nënë ushtrojnë dhunë të përsëritur ndaj fëmijës, nën seksioni familjar i gjykatës, merr vendim për ti kaluar shtetit”, tregoi avokatja Vjollca Pustina.

Megjithatë pavarësisht rasteve të heqjes së kujdestarisë, institucionet bëjnë kujdes që fëmija të mos humbasë lidhjet me familjen
