The Spanish national team is in the Euro finals. They face England on Sunday to achieve their goal of a record fourth trophy.
Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman are the main characters of the new movie 'Deadpool', which aspires to be a big success in Spain. During an interview on Spanish national television (RTVE), the famous actors showed their support for the team led by Luis de la Fuente, before the semi-final match with France.
Reynolds humorously tried to fool the Spanish presenter Marcos Hefner by introducing himself and Hugh with other actors' names: "I'm Ryan Gosling and he's Hugh Hefner".
Jackman also had time for jokes and said that the English National Team invited him to play for them in the semi-finals: "Everyone knows that England is in the semi-finals and they want some length, so I will play for them."
On the other hand, Reynolds surprised everyone by supporting Spain: "I support Spain all the way, 110%, if I didn't, I wouldn't be sponsored (says with humor). I am excited for Spain because it is said that what they are doing is much bigger and some did not expect it".
We remind you that Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are the owners of Wrexham AFC. They have achieved two consecutive promotions in recent years (they will play in the third division next season). Although he is passionate about British football, he will support Spain.
