Former Minister of Justice Ylli Manjani has spoken again about the issue of incinerators as well as the obvious shortcomings of legal logic on the part of SPAK.
Going beyond the issue of Lefter Koka himself, he states that this is an issue that serves the public interest, because no one cares that someone can be deprived of their freedom without the law, and become a "scapegoat" and "ball meat ".
" Listen to Lefter Koka's lawyers to better understand how far-fetched and completely unrelated the accusations against him are.
Leave the moralizing on the televisions where these explanations are made, because they do not help the problem.
No one's freedom can be taken away or limited without the law! Even less for the sake of parties, politics, or even for the sake of people who enjoy political victims..!!!
Neither "scapegoat" nor "ball meat" is the logic of the law. They are primitive revenge.
Leave the lectures with conflicts of interest, because the minaret does not fit in the bag.
Lawyers do protect their client, but when they raise a case in public, they serve the public interest.
And the public has no interest, at least not democratically healthy, in imprisoning people for party fun or to feed the crowd with scapegoats.
Listen to them and get the gist.
There is, logically, neither abuse of office nor corruption. If there is corruption, there is no sense in embezzlement. (Third law year)
There is no corruption without corrupt deals and without exchange of loot. (Third law year)
There is no abuse of duty unless the breached or abused duty is proven.
There is no cleaning of the proceeds of crime, without first proving who the crime is, how much money you got from the crime and how you cleaned it.
The legal system cannot make such compromises to a man who is thrown like meat to a cannon, because tomorrow this compromise will fall on you!
There is no other logic!

Whoever wants to deal with me, let him do it. But I will also be with my "enemies" if what happens today to these incinerators happens to them.
I will be because this is the principle.
And it has nothing to do with my critical opinion on incinerators, which I have not given up for a moment.
My thoughts are officially recorded in the state documents" , writes Manjani.
