The deputy of the Democratic Party, Oerd Bylykbashi, has stated that ODIHR recognizes Sali Berisha as the chairman of the Democratic Party.

Invited to the show "Top Talk", Bylykbashi says that in today's meeting with the head of the ODIHR observer mission, Audrey Glove, it was clearly shown who the democratic party is and who are its leading figures.

"We were at that meeting where Mrs. Glover, as the head of the mission, met the chairman of the democratic party, Mr. Berisha. I was there in the function of the vice-president of the democratic party and Mr. Kaso was the secretary for electoral affairs, as you know the needs assessment report that ODIHR issued before the elections, knowing exactly who the democratic party is and who are its leading figures.
