The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has commented on the promise of his rival, Belind Kelliçi, regarding free transportation in the capital.

Speaking on Report TV, Veliaj stated that Berisha and Meta do not have to lie to the Albanian citizens, because if they had the will, they should have realized the free transport that they run in Shkodër.
