The Socialist Party candidate for Vlora, Brunilda Mersini, voted this morning, accompanied by her family.

In a statement to the media, Mersini said that today is an important day for the citizens of Vlora and their future, and said that she is satisfied with the participation so far.

" It is a marked day not only for me as the first woman candidate in the SP acronym, a woman who follows the rhythm of the city, who knows the people of the city and has a dedication to the people."

"This day is for the citizens of Vlora who have always shown democratic culture and civic responsibility. I hope that today they vote with their hearts and minds for the good of Vlora. I think the participation is good and we are satisfied with the participation ," said Brunilda Mersini.

Vlora went to the polls after the resignation of Ermal Dredha following Rama's criticism. Three candidates are running in this municipality: Brunilda Mersini (PS), Dionis Sota, an independent supported by the DP, and Gjergji Nika, an independent.
