Senida Mesi , the former Deputy Prime Minister of Albania, reveals for the first time that the last few years have been extremely difficult, a real fight for life, which she fortunately won and today is stronger than ever.

She was affected by cancer and after a difficult and long journey of months, in silence and without fanfare, she defeated the disease and has now begun her "rebirth".

"Happy new beginnings," writes Senida Medi, quoting a philosophical expression that says "Every new beginning comes from the end of another beginning."

The former socialist politician from Shkodra has chosen, at this point in her journey, to share a photo with short hair.
