In the Durrës district, the counting of preferential votes is nearing completion, where the SP will enter three deputies from the open list and the Democrats only one.

According to official data, MP Arkend Balla is the most voted MP on the open list, having received 8271 votes so far. Also winning are Ani Dyrmishi and Etleva Budini, who benefits from gender quotas, while MP Alban Xhelili is out so far.

Regarding the open list of the Democratic Party, so far the most voted is the former prosecutor excluded from Vetting, Arjan Ndoja, who has received 5370 votes, while in second place, but who remains outside the Assembly, is Aulon Kalaja with 4667 votes.
