What has cast doubt on this ongoing trial in The Hague is the fact that many documents have been accepted as evidence, even though they came from Serbia.

Legally this is right, anyone can bring evidence or become part of the process if they have any valuable information, but it is the duty of the court and the prosecution to verify this evidence. How can some documents served by the perpetrators of the genocide against the Albanians of Kosovo be taken for granted as evidence?

PACE: I have to speak to the document that has been marked P711, for further review. Your Honours, you said that we would discuss the admission of this document at a later date. I wanted to ask if you have made a decision on that?

KEHOE: No, no. I haven't changed except that the situation has gotten worse. The witness has no situation for that. The SPO says this document comes from the Serbs. They've accepted it.

"Respectively from the BIA, which is the state security of Serbia, from the Serbian prosecution and the Serbian investigation. This has been extremely shocking for the Albanian public," said the lawyer accredited in The Hague, Skënder Musa.

So, what is happening with the special chambers in The Hague is the acceptance of the evidence of the executioner against his victims... A process that makes you realize that the perpetrators of genocide are being equated with the victims.

"Albanians do not have it in their genesis, the Albanian nation that commits massacres, kills women, children, and the elderly, we do not have that work in our genesis, we have now become accustomed to this. They wanted to equate the crime with the victim. This court always looks in favor of Serbia, it does not look at the damage it has caused in Kosovo," said Hysni Gucati from the Organization of War Veterans, KLA./ Inside Story
