The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in a press conference, declared that the DP will send for criminal prosecution the Minister of Interior, the General Director of the Police and Prime Minister Edi Rama, for the protest in front of SPAK, while the court hearing was being held by the Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

Berisha:  Such acts that destabilize the country at a time of elections are punishable. The DP, condemning with the greatest force, declares that it will send for criminal prosecution the Minister of Interior, Ervin Hoxhaj, the General Director of the Police, the Matrix and Edi Rama himself for the unprecedented act that occurred yesterday when segments of the state rise up with violence against other institutions.

This is a drug state, but it is intolerable. If they continue to call for protests, they will face the opposition. I have decided to make it transparent, as journalists are curious, so are citizens. What happened cannot happen.

So I say to Edi Rama, if you continue, you will have the people in Surrel, don't destabilize the country, you will answer for everything. The night before, messages were circulating on everyone's cell phones, forcing us to go. There were thugs hitting the judges' cars. Don't dare to undertake the slightest act of violence, don't dare, because you will have the people in Surrel too.
