Prime Minister Edi Rama , in his long press conference, also focused on justice reform, which he said has copyright.

Question: 11 years ago you thought it was the system that corrupted the individual, today when many high-ranking officials in central and local government are facing justice, do you think the same?

Rama: The first is surprising to me, since I have been answering this question for years. I don't know what is not understood in what I say. I want to remind you that what is happening with justice is not separate from what I have said, they are together.

When I said that it's not the people who corrupt the system, but the system that corrupts the people, I didn't invent it, it's public knowledge.

Second, precisely because I believed what I said, I led efforts for justice reform, as part of the battle to build a system that people cannot corrupt. When you say how many people, I don't know what you're measuring that by. It depends on what benchmark you're starting from.

The Socialist Party has 800 thousand supporters, there will be even more in the spring. There is a number, I believe there must have been over 50 ministers during these mandates, there must have been over 500-600 local leaders during these mandates. There may have been over 200 deputies, what does it mean now that a lot…a lot of what?

Look for a prime minister in all of Europe who hasn't made a comment on a concrete issue and tell me who he is and bring it to me. Why because I, who comment on your work, don't I have comments to make?! I have plenty, but it's strategic decision-making.

"I am neither for eating chicken nor for enjoying life the way those who have more cars than socks understand the enjoyment of life," said Rama .
