Prime Minister Edi Rama began his speech at the end-of-year conference with the interesting fact, according to him, of the opening of negotiations for EU membership.

Rama stated that the opening of a group of chapters would be impossible without the work of administration employees.

According to the Prime Minister, this administration cannot be represented by a small group who are unworthy and do not honor our flag.

" I'm starting with what I consider the most significant fact of the year we are leaving behind, the opening of negotiations for membership with the EU. Practically two groups of important chapters, starting with the "Fundamentals" and then foreign relations.

It is important to emphasize here that this extraordinary process in terms of volume of work, intensity and quality would have been impossible if a large Albanian national team and hundreds of administration employees had not previously done the excellent work with the screening process throughout Albania in all areas.

The progress of the screening, the surprising assessments for me personally of the EC, of ​​the governments that were typically the embracers of countries skeptical of the performance of our national team, are a motivation, they are a significant fact for what has been done in all these years and what the administration of the Republic of Albania is.

"An administration that is neither represented nor explained by the cases of those administration employees who, for one reason or another, do not honor our administration, our state, our flag, and become the object of both exposure of their unworthy behavior and actions by the media, and of justice ," said Rama.
