"I want to inform you that the report on the electoral farce is finished. Very soon, at the beginning of next week, he will appear before you and the Albanian public opinion. This report, based on hundreds and thousands of facts, proves that on May 14, the most shameful electoral farce took place after the communist dictatorship in Albania and Europe.
