Introducing the reform

Digital Revolution in the State Cadastre Agency, (ASHK). From Monday, July 3, the Cadastre counters will be closed and as announced by the Prime Minister's Office, "the 30-year regime of letters, stamps, and chiefs" will end.

In the presentation of this reform this Friday, it was announced that everything will be online with an electronic signature and seal.

"The practice of paying to receive service or serving while being paid will be archived as part of the painful history of the past," the Prime Minister announced.

The director of Cadastre, Dallandyshe Bici, showed how the digital archive of the ASHK will work. She said that the goal is to move from 2D to 3D digitization.

"In a few months, the digital archive will be stored with the block chain system and the operation will be only through e-Albania. In the first 3 weeks, we have made an undertaking, by obtaining wet seals from local directorates. Inside the institution, two tables facing each other produced documents that contradicted each other with official seals. The citizens had the right to curse us. How could we eliminate a system of agallars that function as vilayets, officials who looked at the properties of the Albanians as their father's. Random selection through a program that does not know the citizen, does not know the city, does not know the official. The aim is to move from 2D to 3D digitization", said Bici.

Present at the presentation of the reform were Prime Minister Edi Rama, ministers, socialist deputies and mayors.
