Balla: Today it is not approved. The law enters the procedure and the parliament foresees that during the discussion in the two commissions, that of education and laws, they will plan during the 2-week work that everyone will be heard. We have sworn before the Albanians that the national public interest is the most important thing for us, if we were to include the Hippocratic oath that every doctor takes when he takes the profession, come together and overcome small interests. 1200 Albanian doctors who have completed their studies and today do not offer this service to Albanian citizens.
