The head of the government, Edi Rama, will start the Balkan tour today, i.e. on July 6 and 7, and will hold meetings in Belgrade, Sarajevo, Pristina, Skopje and Podgorica.

The Prime Minister starts the tour with North Macedonia and then he will go to Kosovo, where he will spend the night. On Friday, he will travel to Montenegro, Serbia and Sarajevo.

In Kosovo, the meeting was refused by the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, but it is reported that he will be expected by the President Vjosa Osmani and the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca. The Presidency of Kosovo has announced that the meeting will take place from 16:00.

Kurti made the meeting with Rama conditional, where he asked him to hold a joint meeting between the two governments, since otherwise it is not up to him. Describing as unreasonable the decision of the Albanian Prime Minister to cancel the meeting of the two governments that was scheduled to be held on June 14 in Gjakovë, Kurti said that he would welcome Rama to hold meetings and sign the 13 joint agreements for which they were previously agreed upon.

The head of the government will hold meetings with the respective heads of state within the framework of the Berlin Process, which will be held on October 16 in Tirana. In his tour of meetings, Prime Minister Edi Rama will be accompanied by a part of his government cabinet.
