DP MP Saimir Korreshi has expressed in his own way how he expected criminal proceedings from the police for participating in yesterday's opposition protest.

Korreshi shared a photo of himself eating lunch at his home, a plate of beans and olive salad.

"After a tiring night at the police station, we are eagerly awaiting news of the proceedings," said Korreshi, who stayed at the police station to help with the release of protesters detained by the police.

Korreshi, along with dozens of MPs and opposition representatives, were processed by Tirana police after yesterday's protest blocking roads in the capital.
