Dictatorships are overthrown with weapons, or with civil disobedience. This is what Sali Berisha said at the fifth civil disobedience protest, where he is physically present for the first time.

Asked by the media if he is warning of a scenario similar to that in Syria, Berisha replied:

"There's no need. Dictatorships are overthrown either by arms or by civil disobedience. He can't resist civil disobedience. Did you see how Assad ended up? 35,000 of Assad's soldiers with 300 rebels. But they escaped. No one protects dictators."

Stressing that there are no elections with Rama, Berisha said that they will not boycott them, but they will not stop until he is overthrown.

"The Rama government has no future. The battle with the dictatorship is difficult, but we never turn back. With Rama there are no elections, but there is a battle for elections. In no case are elections boycotted. With Rama there are no elections. Elections are not boycotted. The battle is unstoppable until his overthrow. We do everything to overthrow this dictatorship with civil disobedience."

Berisha announced that he will join the protesters in all points of the capital.
