Yesterday, an incident occurred in Elbasan between supporters of the Democratic Party.

The entire incident occurred while Sali Berisha was holding the closing meeting of this district.

The son of Luciano Boçi, the former political leader of the Democratic Party in this region, was injured in the head in this serious incident.

Parid Boçi received a cut on his head during the fight and is in the hospital under the care of the White Shirts.

The Democratic Party reacted to the event, which in a statement to the media described this incident as a banal conflict between some young people, with no connection to the clash of the candidates' support groups or to the organization of the Democratic Party.

"Unfortunately, this isolated episode was quickly used by circles close to the majority to politicize and tarnish the success of this magnificent meeting, where the citizens of Elbasan showed their extraordinary support for Prof. Dr. Sali Berisha and the Democratic Party," the DP statement said.

But Luciano Boçi's wife, in a Facebook post, unlike the DP, says that what happened last night "is a bandit scheme in full action."

Blerina Boçi says the story will be revealed to the end. "God says, 'The battle is mine,'" she writes.
