Greece has, de facto, claimed the glacial lake on Mount Gramoz as its own, claiming that Albanians had previously pushed the border pyramids, while asking "Google" to divide the border according to them.

This event should have taken on the dimensions of a scandal, because as our neighbors claim, the border problems no longer only result in the maritime area. They have made the "theft" of Lake Gramoz by the Albanians a fait accompli and through the highest institutions, including the Ministry of Defense, have begun to reclaim it.

Meanwhile, former Defense Minister Niko Peleshi chooses to advertise this lake as a tourist spot on his Facebook. He calls it "Lake Gramoz", after the mountain where it is located, but is careful not to use the terms "Albania" or "Albanian."

However, commentators rightly raise questions in the comments that need answers.

What is Albania doing to respond to the accusations of official Greece? Is the lake actually Greek, or does it belong to us? This delicate issue should have been clarified publicly by now, if Albania has its own border demarcation maps, they should have been publicly displayed by now, not only for the lake in question, but also so that in the future, Greece no longer pushes the border through "Google Maps" by two or three kilometers inside our territory from Qafë Bota to Kapshtica.
