Lawyer Spartak Ngela has made a long reflection on social networks.

He says that high-level corrupt people such as Ilir Meta are being used by Albania's opponents who are playing a conspiracy against it. 

"The senior SPAK trio that is in Washington today is expected to bring to Albania the beginning of the liberating blow for the Albanians: the beginning of the criminal process against high state corruption in Albania," writes Ngjela.

It is understood that today by the opponents of Albania there is a conspiracy against it, using here the corrupt of high political levels, but also a series of television and written media - the depopulation of Albania is being sought.

For this, our opponents are paying our political class. These payers of high corruption are, in fact, the historical conquerors of the Albanian territories.

And, according to their own way, all of these have been put into action for the same purpose: the depopulation of Albania by the departure of Albanians abroad, for work. And they are right: is it possible to live on 300 dollars a month, as are the low salaries in Albania?

But who are these?

The First Aspect

1. The current Prime Minister who does not accept the legal change for the minimum wage in Albania. He talks like he's a communist and not a free market prime minister.

Raising the minimum salary of state salaries up to 800,000 lek.y. per month, creates new development in the market, increases bank capital and puts the whole country into a new regime in creating money for investment. Inflation, for a few months, must be subsidized by the state with its capital, and then everything will move within the modern concepts of the free market.

Albania's monetary reserve is 3 billion dollars. But, in order to reform the salaries, donors must be asked. The Prime Minister of Albania must solve this issue with politics.

Because…

The Albanian market in these historical moments requires money to be pumped into it. Soon, after that, a new era begins immediately, because consumption increases, which of course enriches both capital and the state at the same time.

Namely, the process is this: poverty is lost through high wages, private capital increases through increased consumption, and the state is strengthened through its taxes.

Nothing can happen in function of the value of the lek, because fiscal evasion in Albania today is about 50 percent. This means that there is strong stock currency in Albania. Fiscal amnesty was also made.

The fiscal amnesty was made in time, but it takes full value immediately after the salary increase, according to what we reasoned above.

We have to point out that…

According to what the CIA gives, Albania's GPP is 15.8 billion dollars, while, with fiscal evasion, GDP is about 32 billion dollars.

Can the Albanian prime minister understand this?

Under his leadership, in eight years, Albania's GDP has increased by about 50 percent. How much have the salaries at the state level increased?

Nothing…

Will that time come when the Prime Ministers of Albania will be with the Albanians?!!

2. The trick of the thief ex-president Meta, with a national accent, is well studied by our opponents, to tell the Albanians: you will be under the rule of your thief, so run away from Albania.

But today, Albanians are laughing at the turnover of Ilir Meta.

And Meta is getting ridiculous day by day. He now understands that he is in trouble, but he cannot overcome it. He committed serious violations that affected not only Albania.

I do not believe that the charge against him in SPAK will be delayed.

All the media that have been paid by Athens, Moscow and Belgrade will have no escape. They acted against Albania and are caught by corruption. Everything is documented, and that's understandable.

However, we must emphasize that Albania has the necessity of its existence to face the frontal impact of high state corruption. Without this strike, the situation in Albania will become even more serious. This is because high state corruption is now fighting to save itself from expropriation and the criminal strike against it, and is seeking to destabilize Albania.

But he knows these American policies.

Of course I know. And he has taken all measures to save Albania from corruption.

American policy has a full anti-corruption documentary side, and it has promised the Albanian people that it will take the fight against corruption to the end. And of course it will lead.

What is the position of SPAK?

What is happening today in SPAK?

Because all Albanians are asking: when will the attack on high state corruption in Albania begin?

But is there movement?

Yes, at this moment there is a qualitative movement in SPAK, because its three leaders are currently in the United States of America.

And now it is universally known that SPAK is run by Washington. Well, what are you waiting for?

As a rule, when the heads of the criminal strike institutions are summoned to the center, the criminal strike is imminent, and it is always about the arrest or criminal proceedings of important individuals.

This, of course, is a strict rule regarding the important institutions of the criminal strike.

This is also the reason that we specifically addressed this aspect with our method in this article.

How are the senior corrupt people in Tirana behaving, after seeing this moving event of SPAK leaders towards Washington?

The most promiscuous is Ilir Meta. He has started the "war against corruption" individually.

But this whole anti-corruption movement that seems to be being done by Meta has, within it, doses of fear and delay at the same time. This is because he was the President of the Republic of Albania until a week ago, and, as president, Meta has not spoken a single word against corruption. And not only that, but it is universally known that Ilir Meta was against the justice reform. Even, after he could not block the qualified majority in the Parliament, to not approve the main anti-corruption reform law, he came out as furious and completely degraded, to seek consensus in the approval of that law.

But those who knew him, especially the international ones, were surprised with this child so frightened by the reform, which is expected to expropriate him completely. And not only Meta.

Therefore, we must point out that: the SPAK senior trio that is in Washington today, is expected to bring to Albania the beginning of the liberating blow for the Albanians: the beginning of the criminal process against high state corruption in Albania.

But what is the significance of the three heads of SPAK being called together in Washington?

The importance is obvious. Why?

Because due to the fact that the anti-corruption reform in Albania is led by Washington, it is understandable that, while the heads of the anti-corruption bodies have been called there, its essential work must begin: the attack on corruption in the high ranks of Albanian politics...
