The CEC's proposal is clarified: The steps an immigrant who wants to vote

Any immigrant who has been outside Albania for more than 3 months will have the right to vote where he has his residence, but to enjoy this opportunity he must submit a request in advance.

The media have disclosed the proposal of the Central Election Commission, in which it is stated that every immigrant must submit a request to participate in the vote, no later than 15 days from the announcement of the election date by the head of state.

This request will be made to the Central Election Commission on the website or through the official application of the CEC.
