Prime Minister Rama was unable to attend the European Union Enlargement Summit today in Brussels.
Where Albania was positively praised for its great progress with reforms, alongside Moldova and Ukraine, Rama was unable to be present to receive the "praises" in person.
The media reported that Rama urgently canceled the flight, but there were no details about what caused it.
This afternoon, Rama had a video link with Euronews' EU Enlargement Summit, from a computer located in the wooden instillation at the Prime Minister's Office. From there, Rama also explained the reason for his absence.
"I feel like I didn't have the opportunity to be there. There was a technical air problem, but I couldn't take the plane," Rama said.
