DP MP Edi Paloka has published a photo of Defense Minister Pirro Vëngu, where he has captured a spicy detail.

The Minister of Defense, during a field inspection at the Armed Forces premises, was photographed looking through binoculars, but the binocular covers are closed.

"The Minister of Defense..." is "looking" through binoculars without removing the binocular caps! Only with these ministers can Rama appear as the wisest of the bunch...", writes Paloka ironically on Facebook.
