Prime Minister Mark Rutte arrived a few minutes ago at the Prime Minister's Office, where he was received by his counterpart Edi Rama, to participate in the Berlin Process Summit.
Rutte agreed to speak to the media and answered questions about the situation in northern Kosovo. According to him, de-tensioning between Kosovo and Serbia is necessary.
" We ask that the situation be de-escalated. I spoke with Pres Vucic a few weeks ago. Today I have the opportunity to speak with the prime minister of Serbia and the prime minister of Kosovo. We hope that we can all contribute to de-escalation ," said Rutte.
