Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha has been more harsh and direct with his accusations directed at Sali Berisha, who he says is fighting facade battles but cooperating with the government.

In a Facebook post, Basha accuses Berisha of collaborating with Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj for the 65-storey tower that will be erected in Tirana, behind which he hides, multi-million interests.

The statement of the joint:

Edi Rama and Erion Veliaj cannot hide the visible and invisible cooperation with Sali Berisha. Towers and government benefits cannot be hidden behind anonymous concretes or behind the angry drafts that post to each other on FB.

Albanians are clear that behind the facade of the government's "battle" with nongratats, there are multi-million interests that have seduced and fed the scum thrown all these times at the Democratic Party. We are also clear and firm in our uncompromising resistance to the tentacles of crime in government and corruption and arrogance at the expense of citizens.

For government incenors and towers of cooperation with nongratats and any other corrupt acts, we encourage SPAK to investigate and bring to justice anyone responsible for extortion being done to Albanians.
