DP leader Sali Berisha was asked about Bujar Leskaj's participation in the KLA protest held in Tirana, thus breaking the party's political decision. Leskaj's participation also received attention because of his response to journalists, when asked why he broke the order and said 'Who are you fucking with orders'.

Berisha did not give a direct answer on Leskaj's participation in the protest, saying that there was no order prohibiting participation, although Berisha himself had previously stated that the boycott of the protest was a political decision of the DP, as they did not want to appear alongside Rama.

"It is a fabrication and slander what they say that there was an order. There was no order to participate or not to participate in the KLA protest. Fully supporting the just cause, the just struggle of the KLA fighters and leaders, I have expressed all considerations. I condemn the terrible manipulation of this cause by Rama and anyone else. to reject the resolution on the Serbian genocide," Berisha said.
