The former secretary of "Thurja" accuses Shabani: You stole 240 thousand euros allocated by the CEC, you will go to prison!

After the clash between Adriatik Lapaj and Endri Shabani over the mandate of the "Albania Initiative" coalition , a reaction has also come from the former Secretary General of the "Weaving Initiative", Napolon Laska .

Through a post on social media, Laska makes strong accusations against Shabani, according to him, the latter has stolen the 240 thousand euro fund allocated by the CEC after the 2021 elections.

He writes that while others were focused on the campaign, Endrit Shabani had in mind how to leave himself alone in the party, to administer the funds that would come from the CEC.

According to Laska, every act submitted to the court, before and after the 2021 elections, for dismissals or elections or extension of mandates in the party's leadership forums has been falsified since the party's congress and other forums have never been convened.

He further adds that after the elections, Shabani made sure that the few remaining members left, turning the Weaving Initiative from a hope for change at the time into the Party of the One Man.

Based on the above facts, Laskaj writes that today he is not surprised that the "chronic thief", referring to Shabani, is attempting to steal the mandate of Adriatik Lapaj and the Albania Becomes Movement. He says that Endrit Shabani will go to prison as a fraud and a thief.

As the founder and former Secretary General of Nisma Thurje, taking inspiration from the developments of recent days, I cannot remain silent and not say some things that deserve public attention.

When Nisma Thurje was founded as a party, at the end of 2020, the statute provided that there would not be a chairman like the model of the old political forces, but that there would be a rotation every 2 years without the right to re-election.

Also, the president, although sanctioned as such in the statute due to the requirements of the law, did not have the right to make decisions, but the decision-making was done by the Central Committee, a party body in which decisions were made democratically.

By consensus at that time, even though he had joined Thurja very late as an organization, it was decided that Endri Shabani would be the first chairman of the party, while it was decided that I would be the Secretary General.

While we were all focused on the campaign, Endri Shabani had in mind how to leave himself alone in the party, to administer the funds that would come from the CEC.

After the 2021 elections, since the Nisma Thurje benefited from reimbursement for each election of expenses and a fund of around 240 thousand Euros over 4 years.

Every act submitted to the court, before and after the 2021 elections, for dismissals or elections or extension of mandates in the party's leadership forums has been falsified since the party's congress and other forums have never convened.

Of course, after the elections, care was taken to ensure that the few remaining members left, turning Nisma Thurje from a hope for change at that time into the Party of the One Man.

All these falsifications and his position at the head of the party in violation of the statute were certainly done to steal the 240 thousand Euros allocated by the Central Election Commission.

So today, I am not surprised that this chronic thief is attempting to steal the mandate of Adriatik Lapaj and the Albania Movement, trampling on the toil and sweat not only of Adriatik but of hundreds and thousands of activists and, above all, on the trust of over 70 thousand voters.

We've tried thieves in politics, and the ones we have are too much.

Like his friends, Shabani will go to prison where he belongs as a thief and a fraud.
