Foreign Minister Igli Hasani says Serbia must investigate and put to justice the perpetrators of the attack in northern Kosovo before sitting in dialogue with Kosovo.

Hasani said that Albania will always be side by Kosovo. "We will continue to support Kosovo to give voice in every space where we can," he said from the assembly's speaker, where he is discussing the adoption of a resolution condemning the terrorist attack in northern Kosovo.

"It is up to Serbia to make a thorough and serious investigation process. If they are really interested in dialogue, the guilty will be put before the law. Kosovo-Serbia dialogue is the only solution to overcoming this situation. Dialogue should not remain hostage to internal dynamics or political games," Hasani said.

He said that the future of the whole region depends on Kosovo's dialogue with Serbia.

"On the outcome of the dialogue depends the future of the entire region. The dialogue must continue without wasting a moment. Any time lost has a higher price for the future of Kosovo. Mepj will continue to work closely and unstoppable with Kosovo," hasan said.
