In order not to consider the electoral process as one-sided, Lulzim Basha's rival was announced on July 29, who will be the former political victim, Gjergj Hani, who announced his candidacy through posts on social networks. and media outlets.

But, it seems that he did not take the confrontation with Basha too seriously, as he goes to his meetings as a sympathizer. In a meeting that Basha held with his sympathizers of Branch No. 6 in Tirana, Gjergj Hani himself was present.
