Edi Rama suspends campaign tomorrow, reason revealed

The Socialist Party has decided to suspend its election campaign for tomorrow, to respect the day of mourning declared for the death of Pope Francis.

Edi Rama had planned to be in the Fier region on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Sali Berisha declared that he will continue his electoral meetings, but respecting some rules of the road.

The chief democrat said that the Democratic Party's electoral activities will begin with a minute of silence and will not be accompanied by a campaign soundtrack.
