The trial for Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltez, involved in the "Partizani" case, has been postponed.

The next hearing will be held on September 15th, the defense requested the exclusion of the jury.

Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj said during the hearing that 'The judges do not provide an impartial trial as they are under surveillance by SPAK. We have a request to exclude the three judges from the process.'

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, are under indictment for corruption and money laundering.
