Sali Berisha calls the SPAK's order unconstitutional to stop journalists from publishing Nuredin Duman's testimony and calls on the media not to enforce the order.
He invites journalists to publish Duman's testimonies, according to him, not only with Berisha's political opponents, but of the entire political class, including President Ilir Meta. The latter's name came out from journalist Artan Hoxha, who said Dumani stated that Meta commissioned the murder of the brother of a former SP MP. The suspicions are that it is about the murder of Alexander Ndoka, the brother of former Socialist MP Arben Ndoka in the winter of 2017.
"I strongly condemn this extremely serious act of censorship and demand the immediate departure of Edi Rama's mercenaries from the justice system. I also call on journalists not to implement unconstitutional acts, but to remain undefeated in defence of media freedom and to publish any phone calls of Eddie Rama, The Forehead, Erion Iire, Damian Gjiknur and every MP, local government, judge, or prosecutor and any other official with serial killers, rapists, party gang robbers". Berisha writes.
According to Berisha, the order is unconstitutional, police censorship and attempts at media freedom.
"This unprecedented decision in the last 30 years marks the return of the law of condemnation for the agitation and propaganda of the Hojist dictatorship. I call on international media freedom protection institutions to condemn this dangerous decision with the utmost severity", closes his reaction to the former Prime Minister.
