The Democratic Party has created a group of lawyers who will provide legal assistance and support to student protesters who are escorted, detained, or arrested due to participating in protests.

Through an announcement, the DP's Secretariat for Legal and Electoral Affairs announced that the group of lawyers will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to guarantee the legal protection of protesters.

Assistance will be provided to the State Police, the Prosecutor's Office and the Courts, with the aim of guaranteeing respect for the rights of protesters and the development of procedures in accordance with the legislation in force.

NOTICE

The Democratic Party, through the Secretariat for Legal and Electoral Affairs, announces the creation of a group of lawyers, who are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to provide legal assistance and support to any protester who is accompanied, detained or arrested in connection with participation in student protests.

The group of lawyers will provide legal assistance to the State Police, the Prosecutor's Office and the Courts, with the aim of guaranteeing the legal rights of every protester and protecting them in accordance with the legislation in force.
