The Democratic Party has announced that it has canceled the parliamentary group meeting that was to be held at 12:00 in the “Pjetër Arbnori” hall. The meeting was reported to be held in connection with the latest situation of the student protest in Tirana.

DP MPs have declared that they will join the protesters and young people who are protesting in front of the Ministry of Education, therefore the meeting will not be held.

According to the previous announcement by the DP, the party's chairman, Sali Berisha, would speak at the meeting. It is not known whether he will come out later and give a reaction to the media regarding the protest.
