Caught with drugs at Istanbul airport? Valdrin Sahit's lawyer reacts: It is

Today it was spread in the media that the famous designer Valdrin Sahiti was arrested at Istanbul airport, after being caught with drugs, but it seems that this was a "fake news" and that he is in Dubai.

His lawyer, Besnik Berisha, says that Valdrini followed the road normally after being stopped for inspection and only had a misunderstanding with the bag he had forgotten on the plane.

"It is not true that he was arrested, much less that he was detained. On the contrary, he has followed the path normally and the misunderstanding regarding his bag that he forgot on the plane has been clarified with the Turkish authorities and there is no case filed against him in the state of Turkey, let alone for unauthorized possession of narcotic substances as it is reported",  said Berisha.

Also, the lawyer Berisha has announced that the designer is already in Dubai and is continuing with his business plans.

"He is currently in Dubai where he is continuing his business agenda. We thank everyone for the expressed concern, but the truth is different from what has been reported", concluded Berisha .
