The latest collaboration between two well-known names on the Bulgarian stage, Azis and Tsvetelina Yaneva, has sparked discussions among the Albanian public as well.
The duo has released the song "Havte", a project with typical Balkan rhythms and a video clip shot in an airport, but what immediately attracted attention is the song's melodic line.
Many Albanian listeners have noticed the strong similarity between "Havte" and the well-known hit "Valle Kosovare", a song identified with the name of the late artist Shpat Kasapi.
According to reactions on social media, the melody of the chorus seems almost identical to that of the Albanian song, raising questions about the originality of the new project.
This situation comes at a time when "Kosovo Dance" was experiencing a strong comeback in the international arena.
The song had become a trend on TikTok, being used in millions of videos by various users, including foreigners. Its virality brought one of the most beloved hits of Albanian music back into circulation.
However, in the official credits of "Havte", produced by Costi, no reference is made to the authors of "Valles Kosovare" or to Shpat Kasapi himself.
