Scandal/ The couple has sex inside the train, the other passengers film them

Police are investigating a couple who were filmed having sex on a train in England.

The embarrassing act went viral after a fellow passenger filmed the couple in the seat behind him, before the woman noticed and stuck out her middle finger and posted the footage on Twitter.

A spokesman for British Transport Police told the Daily Star: "We are aware of a video circulating on social media and are investigating it.

Anyone who witnessed what happened or has any information is asked to contact police.

The clip of the intimate moment, which has amassed more than 250,000 views on social media to date, shows a woman lying on the seats with a man's head between her legs.
