Armando Broja ka parë të shuhet një nga ëndrrat e tij të mëdha. Sulmuesi kërkonte të shembte banesën aktuale, për të ndërtuar një shtëpi të re luksoze, por oficerët e planifikimit të zonës kanë refuzuar kërkesën.

Broja, born in Slough, currently owns a property in Surrey. The 22-year-old was trying to demolish his existing home to make way for a major rebuild. The new-look dream property was planned to include a swimming pool and gym, buildings which received approval from Elmbridge Borough Council.

However, as part of a £4 million redevelopment, he had intended to triple the size of the flat. Despite there being no complaints from neighbours, the council went against it.

"As a result of the significant increase in length and height, it is considered that the bulk, scale and mass of the proposal would greatly exceed that of the existing house it would replace and the neighboring properties," planning officer Joseph Kelly said of " The Sun".

“The proposed replacement housing would fill most of the length of the plot which is inconsistent with the urban fabric and pattern of buildings in the streetscape which are low density in the local area. Although the application site is a large plot, the proposed replacement house would be disproportionate, uncharacteristic and inconsistent in its size and appearance compared to the existing house.”

Planet e reja do të kishin parë që banesa e Brojës të rritej ndjeshëm në lartësi dhe gjatësi, ndërsa ai kërkonte të vinte në vend planet për një shtëpi ëndrrash me pesë dhoma gjumi. Megjithatë, Kelli vuri në dukje se: “Zhvillimi i propozuar nuk do të ndikojë negativisht në lehtësitë e banimit të pronave fqinje për shkak të pamjes.”

Broja mendohet se e ka blerë pronën e cila ndodhet pranë fushës së stërvitjes Kobhem të Çelsit, në dhjetor 2023 për 1,8 milionë paund. Tani nuk dihet ende nëse Broja do të propozojë një maket të ri për miratim, apo nëse do të kërkojë një pronë tjetër ku të ndërtojë shtëpinë e ëndrrave të tij.
