An unusual escape occurred before the eyes of citizens, when a woman managed to get out of the police car she was in after being arrested, without being noticed by the officers.

The incident was recorded on Saturday afternoon in the state of Michigan, in the United States of America.

During a routine check of a vehicle, police found that one of the passengers had an arrest warrant for violating parole conditions.

The woman was arrested and, handcuffed, placed in the back seat of the police car. However, she had no intention of staying there.

Taking advantage of a partially open window, she managed to escape in an incredible way.

The footage shows the moment the woman struggles to get through the window, even though she is handcuffed, and finally manages to escape.

It is suspected that she was also involved in a theft that had occurred earlier in the day, and she is currently still at large.
