The Bulgarian Parliament convened today to vote on lifting the Veto on Northern Macedonia. 

This can practically unblock the EU integration process for the Republic of Northern Macedonia and Albania.

The Bulgarian decision has been stalled for a long time due to a deep political rift in Bulgaria over the issue.

The final outcome, however, remains unclear as Northern Macedonian Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski said Thursday that the French proposal is unacceptable to his country.
