A serious incident was recorded on Saturday evening in Italy, where a 47-year-old man, Giacomo Bongiorni, was fatally attacked by three young men in front of his 11-year-old son and his partner.

Meanwhile, a reaction has been made by his partner Sara Tognocchi , who, shocked, has recounted the moments of horror, explaining, among other things: " We were going to get married, they killed him before my eyes ."

She added: " We were in the square, they surrounded us and attacked us. The child was trying to lift his father off the ground, it was terrible. We are devastated. Tell me it's just a bad dream ."

The boy, only 11 years old, was left in a state of shock and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

How did the incident happen?

Bongiorni was spending Saturday night downtown with several family members, including his brother-in-law and his 11-year-old son, who witnessed the scene along with his mother.

After midnight, a group of about ten visibly drunk youths reportedly began throwing bottles and glasses at a shop window in the square. Bongiorni and his brother-in-law allegedly urged them to stop.

At that moment, the young men allegedly attacked and then fled. The 47-year-old was left on the ground, hitting his head on the asphalt and then suffering a cardiac arrest, which proved fatal.

The victim's brother-in-law was hospitalized with fractures. The 11-year-old boy, taken to the Massa hospital in shock, was unharmed, as were Bongiorni's mother and partner.

Three young people, a minor and two adults aged 19 and 23, have been arrested for the death of 47-year-old Giacomo Bongiorni, the two adults arrested are Ionut Alexandru Miron , 23, and Eduard Alin Carutasu , 19. They are accused of complicity in intentional murder./“ L'unione Sarda.it ”
