Yesterday was a truly special evening for Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese champion dined at the White House with US President Donald Trump.
The reason? CR7 was part of the delegation that accompanied Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman on his visit to the United States.
Accompanied by his partner Georgina Rodriguez, the Al-Nassr striker had the privilege of sitting at the main table in the East Room of the White House. The meeting, however, was not just special for Ronaldo. In his speech, Trump highlighted the excitement of his son Barron, who has always been a great admirer of the Portuguese.
"There are a lot of big names in this room, one of whom is Ronaldo. My son, Barron, is a big fan of his. I think he'll love me even more now that I introduced him," Trump said, among other things.
Other guests at the gala dinner included FIFA president Gianni Infantino, Apple CEO Tim Cook and Elon Musk, with whom CR7 even took a group selfie.
