A 21-year-old Albanian woman was sentenced to 8 months in prison by the Court of Rhodes, after the attack she made on her ex-partner.
According to dimokratiki.gr , the young woman was found guilty of threatening and insulting her 26-year-old compatriot and damaging his motorcycle.
The event happened on September 18, 2023, at the 26-year-old's house in Rhodes.
Specifically, at 7:15 the young woman went to his house, threatened him, damaged his motorcycle and then left.
The accused within the spontaneous procedure was searched and found at 09:25 on 18.09.2023 by police officers of the DIAS team, who arrested her.
The 26-year-old man has claimed in court that since February 2023 he has been with the 21-year-old woman who lives in Rhodes with her father from time to time, without having a relationship.
She threatened to burn down his house and car, and in July, she claimed that when he told her they wanted to separate, she began abusing and threatening him and his family.
The 26-year-old claims that he was threatened by the girl, who told him that she would burn his house and his car, that she would send him to the hospital, that if she saw him with another girl, she would make him worse and it would be his fault. In August, she was waiting for him with a stick in her hand and as soon as she saw him she attacked him.
She continued with similar threats and insults to him and on the morning of September 18, 2023 when he left his father's house to go to work, she was waiting for him and as soon as she saw him she started threatening to send him to the hospital, that she would throw Molotov cocktails at his house and then, after slapping him, throw his motorcycle.
